Confirm before launch. Bios, credentials and headshots are taken verbatim from the current live team page. Two names in the original brief — Kayleigh Kmet and Ilana Gorelik — do not appear there, and a recent public Google review names Kayleigh as a current clinician. The live page also appears to be out of date. Please confirm the current roster, and send bios and headshots for anyone missing.

Questions about getting started
How quickly can I be seen?
It depends on the clinician and the type of appointment, so the honest answer is that we will tell you when you contact us.
If you are worried about swallowing safety — coughing at every meal, weight loss, a recent chest infection — say so when you call. We treat those as more urgent.
What if I do not know which service I need?
That is completely normal, and it is not your job to diagnose yourself.
Book the free 15-minute consultation call, or just ring the office and describe what has changed. We will tell you whether an evaluation makes sense, which clinician fits, and whether we are even the right practice for you. If we are not, we will say so.
Can I book on behalf of my husband, wife or parent?
Yes, and most of our enquiries come from a family member rather than the patient.
You can arrange everything. We will need their consent to treat and to discuss their care with you, which we will sort out at the first appointment. Bring them with you if you can.
Do you have a waiting list?
Availability changes. Some clinicians and some programs fill up, particularly the intensives, which run in small cohorts with set start dates.
If your first choice is not available soon, we will tell you what is and let you decide rather than leaving you waiting without information.
